A waiver must be completed for the following classes:

  • Surveillance and Team Tactics

  • Undercover Tactical Operations

  • Undercover Survival tactics

  • Surveillance techniques for Police

  • Complete the waiver form at the time of registration

  • If you are attending multiple classes only one waiver is needed
