In consideration of being allowed to participate in the training of the Undercover Drug Investigations and/or Online Predator Investigations classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the training. I agree to the following:

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in either the Undercover Drug Investigations and/or Online Predator Investigations classes, provided by Undercover Academy LLC.

I understand that this class is intended for training and educational purposes only. While the Instructor strives to provide accurate and current information, I acknowledge that law enforcement practices, policies, laws, and tactics may vary by agency and jurisdiction, and information presented may contain errors or omissions.

I agree that I am solely responsible for how I apply or rely on any information, techniques, or materials presented during this class. The Instructor makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release and hold harmless the Instructor from any claims, damages, or liability arising from my participation in the class or reliance on the information provided, including claims related to errors or omissions, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that this training does not replace agency policy, official instruction, legal guidance, or sound professional judgment.
